We are a specialty shop in that we work on cars of interest, ie, BMW's, Mini Coopers and lots of MX5 Miatas. Our primary focus is Performance, power and suspension, but we do ordinary maintenance and repair. Range of work done is wide open, from engine building to turbo or supercharger installations to oil changes. Easier to say what we don't do which is body work and rebuilding automatic transmissions.

I own a 2005 Crossfire Base that I bought when it was six months old.

. We are also q SCCA 32 year member and currently road race an MX5 in F-Production. Check out our Web site : HPMotors.com

HPMotors is a family run/owned business founded in 1977.

Pelzer is a tiny town just off of I-85 located between Greenville SC and Anderson SC in the northwest corner of the state.

I'd like to throw my hat into the ring if possible. today Galeana Chrysler in Ft. Myers, Florida lost their only Crossfire tech (me). they were trying to stop working on the cars anyways so i have been working on the cars at home in my spare time. I have been a Chrysler tech since 2001, Alfa Romeo tech since 2017, and Maserati since 2018. I can do any job needed short of heavy line (I live in a deed restricted community) until I find a building to open up shop. I do a lot of top repairs and replacements. I own my own Chrysler scan tool as well.

contact info is: Alex@TightWorkAutoRepair.com , 239-603-9533 , located in Ft. Myers, Fl.

thanks guys and gals.

So after month's of effort and frustration, I finally gave up and called in an expert to get the convertible top working on one of my black SRT6 roadsters. Alex is a full time service tech at a major Chrysler dealership and had also been their Crossfire tech. Now that his dealership, like most Chrysler dealerships, no longer work on / support our Crossfires, Alex has started doing repairs "on the side". He primarily does this work on weekends. From my first hand experience with Alex today, I can confidently tell you that he has the knowledge, experience and all the diagnostic equipment to work on our Crossfires. He's a nice guy and his prices are reasonable.

I highly recommend Alex to to anyone needing Crossfire work in South Florida

South Carolina - Greenville - Southern Star Automotive, 1804 Roper Mountain Rd, 29615, 864-288-7544, http://southernstarautomotive.com

Independent shop specializing in German Marques (Audi, M-B, VW). Owner of shop used to own an SRT-6 Crossfire.

With the BMW manufacturing plant in my locale, there are lots of BMW shops scattered throughout the region. Most of them stick to just servicing BMW.

There is a dealer in Greenville, SC that still has 2 Service Techs employed that were trained to work on Crossfires. They still have the special tooling (Crossfire tool set) and DRB3 code reader/scanner. This dealer replaced my DS airbag on the recall and resetting the SSRS was a snap for them. I would trust them with anything major that I needed done that I didn't want to take the time to do myself. Up to you guys whether you want them listed here. Pricing might be up there, but they do perform quality work. (Note: Dealer calls me every 4-6 months and wants to know if I would trade my car. They do this whenever a prospective buyer comes in looking for a Crossfire.)
