Steering column parts

Question Steering column parts

Hello Guys,

I changed my multifuntion switch on the steering column. One little part of plastic fall down on my carpet. Searching where to clip this parts. Did someone know ?

I think that is the cover for the OBDII port.

The plastic part is only one-inch width.

The part actually looks like this in detail.
Ben Hur used reins not a steering wheel.
