Water in the door.

Water in the door.
Has anyone had a problem with this? I can hear water sloshing around in my drivers side door. Wondering if my seals on the outside between the window might need replaced, any help would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance

The door drains must be plugged, as I remember water is diverted through the doors from the rubber seal at the rear of the door where the glass touches the window seal.
