Eric Stoddards - Crossfire Concept Car
And that is Eric Stoddard's 2004 Coupe parked next to it
Is that the wiper arm in the center of the windshield? Looks like it winds up as a 'trim' part when 'parked'. I like it. If it isn't, where are the wipers?
.
Kinda cool to see the concept version of the Crossfire sitting next to the production version of the Crossfire. Gives one an indication of how things carry over from concept to production, plus how things change to be more production friendly.

He left a note on my crossfire, in I believe 2007, while I was showing at the Cruise for a cure in Orange County Ca. I was disappointed I missed him. I believe he was still at Chrysler during that time.
He was already working for Hyundai in 2007 in fact he told me he paid full price for his 2004 Crossfire because he was already gone from Chrysler when they went into production.
New YouTube Video of the Crossfire Concept Car posted one day ago on September 13, 2025
This was the opportunity to see this very concept car again in June 2025 during Chrysler’s 100th Anniversary media event at the Detroit Yacht Club (DYC).
Seeing it in person nearly 25 years after its debut was a reminder of just how daring Chrysler was in the early 2000s.
The Crossfire was more than just another auto show curiosity—it was a genuine preview of a production car that would eventually reach dealerships by 2004
In my signature below I have pictures and a video of this concept car from 15 years ago
I saw it in person myself at the Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills, Michigan
