Default Interchangability?

Hi guys, 15 year tech but relatively new to crossfire ownership.
I did a search but got no results on the subject
But from what I can tell everything I'm seeing under the skin is 04 slk320 correct? Asking because those parts are readily available.
Things like; eng mts, suspension bushings, shocks, dampers, chain tensioners and so on.
I don't like putting Chinese parts on German cars because they seem to come back as out of spec. But options are limited in AK. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yes, the Crossfire is the R170 MB platform, and the engine is the M112.
