I am new to this forum and new to my 2006 crossfire! My 2006 crossfire roadster limited convertible has an srt6 plaque on the engine. Has anyone else seen this on a similar vehicle? I can’t figure it out! Everything I see and read says if it’s a limited it’s not a 330 hp srt6.
2006 crossfire roadster limited with srt6 plaque on engine.
Couple things to Note:
A plaque like that does not get placed on an engine cover
A plaque like then is only placed directly on the engine on an SRT6
An SRT6 does not have an engine cover like yours at all.
The plaque shown here indicates a RHD (Right Hand Drive) which is not the car you show in your photo
Someone placed a plaque from another RHD SRT6 Crossfire on yours

The SRT6 badge/emblem on your engine cover has a VIN# 1C3AN65L36X67935 DOES NOT represent a SRT6 based upon the 6th & 7th digit being 65 which is identifying it as a LIMITED Roadster. Whoever issued the badge for a SRT6, should have rejected the request based upon the bad VIN# supplied by the previous owner and it's a Right-Hand Drive listed as well.
That same owner personalized this Crossfire with at least 5 stickers on the passenger side exterior of your Crossfire. Those exterior stickers never were applied at the Karman Factory upon completion of the car.
You have a 2006 Limited edition Sapphire Silver Blue Crossfire Roadster. You may want to remove that engine badge....
Enjoy your Crossfire, even though it's not a SRT6 model.

IF you purchased this car advertised as an SRT-6 Crossfire roadster, then either the private party or car salesman at a used car lot misrepresented it. A prior purchase check of the OEM VIN would have confirmed this, did you check the VIN or rely on the seller? I suggest you handle this issue as you see fit since it is NOT a Chrysler SRT-6 roadster, as you presented. Good luck!
