However, the registration certificate states 160kW - when we convert it, it comes out to 218HP.
Where does this difference come from?
And what is the actual power of my car - 215HP or 218HP?

Your car is about 20 years old. Depending on mileage, maintenance, whether it has a tune, Cold Air Intake etc... will effect horse power.
If it's completely stock after 20 years, I would say your getting between 195 to 205 HP.
That's a guess, but age and wear take a toll on HP. The only way to find out for sure is to put the car on a Dynamometer (Dyno machine).
In my opinion, it's not worth it unless you intend to modify your performance or race the car. Just drive it and enjoy it.
Myopic
Mercedes Benz adjusted the horsepower rating on the 3.2 Liter six-cylinder engine when installed in the Daimler/Chrysler Crossfire. When installed in the Mercedes Benz cars (Many models) the naturally aspirated 3.2 was rated at 218 horsepower. They rated the 3.2 Supercharged V6 @ 354 horsepower in the SLK32 and C32, the final year in the SLK. Mercedes Benz down rated the 3.2 Supercharged engine from 354HP (2004 rating) to 330HP in the Crossfire SRT6 (2005/2006 years).
This was nothing but a marketing ploy, not to irritate the Mercedes Benz owners, since the SLK32 (2000-2004) was marketed $10,000 higher in price than the 2005/06 Crossfire SRT6!
In summary, the Crossfire N/A is truly 218 HP and the Crossfire SRT6 is 354HP from the factory.
I hope this answers all of your questions.....
