@Schrodingers.Ginger Have you ever heard of Gambler 500 Rallies? Basically it's about impractical off-road cars navigating to checkpoints on back roads and public lands cleaning up trash. There's a New Mexico group that has annual events that you may enjoy.
I've had a lot of fun with Gambler 500 Rallies in my Prius and Porsche.
