I'm looking for a silver bezel that goes around an aftermarket head unit. All I have is black. I see that all you guys with aftermarket head units have silver bezels, I can't find one!

 

I painted mine silver to match the console silver. I used dupli-color auto spray silver metallic #dsgm340 and it matched perfect. Hope this helps. If you can't find it, I still have 3/4 of a can left.

 

Where would be the best place to buy that...Pep boys? And is there a prep method so the paint sticks?

 

You should be able to find it at any automotive store, I just washed mine done with soup and water before I sprayed it. Make sure to apply very light coats to avoid runs. If they don't sell that exact color/brand take your cigar lighter in to match with the paint cap.
