Default Clear Side Markers

OK guys I'm sure by now everyone has a set, but for those who dont or don't want to order from CDT. Out of curiosity I stopped by Chrysler and asked for the lenses. Guess what ? They had them...(2) for $80 that's about 22KD...Not bad
since CDT wants 104 + VAT + Shipping.

The Oil Filters are $13 or $12 don't know how much they are in the US but I'm getting (2) cases to take home, might get them for less if I get quantity.

If you need some lenses I can mail them to you USPS Priority from here. No Tax No Nothing...for $90 USPS MO. I get to use the USPS as a perk here.

See what you get...

A member purchased me a set last year for I believe $50 shipped. I comment about the clear lenses- they are not flat they bubble out.

Are the oil filters paper or felt? At that price, they sound like paper.
I don't know the different part numbers for each one, but I'm sure somebody does.

Yes they are bubble, unless an after market one is available in flat, I got 4 for mine, 2 back 2 front, I guy here did that looked nice to me. Got some silver bulbs that light up red and a set yellow....

I didint ask how much for a group purchase, since Im sure most haven them, but I figure someone missed on it.

Will check, Ive seen alot of disscusison about the paper and felt, I guess whats good for an MB is good for my XFire, I got a few stuff for my MB here, but Ill check also the MB dealer for the filters, MB stuff here is cheap, well atleast compared to the US. I cant afford stuff for my SEL560 in the US...

Any ideas on the MB part number ? On the Filter ?

PS

Average 1$ = .250Pils or $3.45 = 1KWD

I feel the same way, but I thought there was a reason (deterioration in the long run) that Mercedes quit selling the paper filter. That's the only reason I mentioned it.
If you're like me and change your oil every 5k or less, it probably doesn't matter if you use paper of felt.

I tried to get a local dealership here in Indiana to order a set for me a while back and they said they couldn't do it. I thought about trying a different dealership, but I went ahead and got another set from James at Autoexclusive. If I remember right I got them for $89 delivered, I put them on the rear with red inverted cone LED's they look pretty cool at night.

Ill stop by and check on the filters, both MB and DC see what they say about price and material.

My XF is not a daily driver, so I dont change the oil that often , but figure I stock up on stuff, and try to get some MB stuff for it while Im here.

If you can get me the MB part number Ill check. That goes for anyone else who might need a MB or XF part you cant get in the US..

I just checked again witht the USPS here its 8.95 for Flat Rate Shipping for as much I can fit in the box...(90$ for the lenses)

But in August since I wont have any luggage Ill have a few boxes of auto stuff with me.

Yes the lenses are available, factory direct and not copies.
I also found the original markers for the fender, but I dont think anyone wants a hole to plug them in....
