Unhappy stubbon crank pulley

I had a H___ of a time getting my crank pulley off. I started thinking I was going the wrong direction. I called two Chrysler dealers to confirm. It is definitely a right handed threaded bolt, but get this. It is installed at 148# plus one half a turn, plus locktite. I did not find any locktite on mine however. There was not a impact wrench in K.C. to be rented that would fit the compartment. I put a wood wedge between the water pump and the crank pulley and with a 3 ' cheater bar on my 1/2" breakover bar I was able to break it free. I had a 1/2" impact wrench with 110# of air pressure, it would not budge.
