Default My way to work, in pictures.

A couple of weeks ago I thought that it might be fun to share my rural daily ride to work with you folks. Other than for critters (or winter) it's a peaceful drive, even the sun is out of my eyes.
So, with that in mind you'll find a whole group of shots in the Gallery, numerically sorted (kinda; I had grief trying to upload multiple images so the grouping ain't exactly numerically in order no mo' ) from the first intersection to the work desk.
All of the shots were taking while moving, no time to stop the car, so some of the pics. aren't of the greatest quality.
Actually, since the Xfire, the road to work isn't long enough any more !

Awe good old Wisconsin! I'm up there every now and again mostly in Superior... lots of family up there. Nice to see another small town similar to mine except your main street is twice as wide and that's the least amount of cars I've seen on a road any where!
Great pics thanks for sharing

Superior, definitely for the brave!! Haven't been up that way for many a year.
Few cars...........& I like it that way ! What's nice about it is that, if I'm running late, I can drive at 75-80 with my only worries being a trooper/sheriff cresting a hill or wildlife leaping out of nowhere. As long as I know where the majority of the critters are going to be I can keep my eyes open. I've never seen any law parked anywhere along this route in well over a decade, just Hwy. 10 presents issues.

Just got back from a long weekend up at Road America. Stayed over by Fon du Lac. I don't know if you have noticed this or not but there are bugs in Wisconsin. Made a run back from the track late at night and drove through an absolute s**t storm of them. Tiny little yellow buggers. Hit more bugs in 10 seconds than I see in a month down here in civilization. I want our good freinds from the north to do something about this problem before my next return visit.
