Default pipes are coming far from the bumper?

Hi there,

I calculated the size of my OEM exhaust and the sizes are as follows:

overall lenght 50 cm (19.7")
body lenght 30 cm (11.8")
so pipes 20 cm (7.9")

the sizes for an aftermounted exhaust like the magnaflow 14861 are way too big... the overall lenght is 23.5"...... How did someone manage to install it?

I think i am going to order the 14807 or 14805. the overall lenght is 20.75" so much closer to the 19.7" on the OEM....

Am I doing wrong, and how is it possible to install such a big muffler 14861 ?

I don't want to order the wrong size of a muffler... Are the sizes the same in your cars???

Exhaust order minus a few days

The main thing is that I don't want to pipes to come too far from the bumper but i don't want them to be under the bumper neither.

hope someone can inform me....
