New Owner/Member...Need Answers to ? Please!!
I have recently put a deposit on a '05 Roadster Limited w/ 18k. @ $16,400.Dealer in Conn.The carfax lists 1 owner
But,it also had it's battery replaced in the 1st month, then again 2 months later, and the charging system checked, then it was in again 2 months later..parts ordered..and ultimatly the radio was replaced.
The car looks in excellent shape, other than a couple of very tiny paint chips that were touched up and some light scuffs on the drivers seat ( bolster area, which seems common on leather seats).
Is the cars price reasonable?
I'm thinking that the defective radio was the cause of the battery failure or is this a sign of chronic electrical problems? I've owned/restored British Sports cars and do not want to re-live those electrical nightmares again.
Is it possible to repair the leather scuffs, they are only minor , I'm kind of a perfectionist.
Thanks in advance Bob D. ( Can I phone an expert out there for a little advice? )
