Fog lamp covers

Anyone have (or know where I can get) the covers the base Xfires have over the fog lamp openings? I'm taking out my fogs (they're worthless) and need to fill the void. Any info would be much appreciated.

Why remove them, I can see if you want to replace them but remove them and cover the hole? Just don't use them.
