Default Radio/CD player Factory Owner's Manual

To access the manual...

1) Go to the Becker web site

2) Hit the What's New tab in left side column

3) Look for the Operation manuals are availabe in PDF format the the following models: box. About the 3rd one from top.

4) Use the drop-down list for Set model below .

5) Select Chrysler Crossfire, MODEL 6806 near bottom of the list.

6) Print it if you like.

I contacted Becker via email to get a factory owner's manual for the radio/cd... for myself and others here at the forum... a guy from Becker North America actually called me back twice... and he posted the manual at their web site...

Hope it has more than the Corssdfire's Owner's manual...

Can someone post a direct link? I guess Becker thinks people only use Internet Exploder web browser, there's no "left side column" using Konqueror.

At least I learned that you can keep the radio on for an hour without the key being on by holding in the power button when turning off the key....

And to get to the OPT menu, you have to hold the button in for at least 8 seconds.

I don't remember seeing that in the Crossfire manual. But I will have to take a look, just to be sure.

Yes, there was some new info. Still, very little compared to the amount of info you get in a manual from aftermarket radio mfg's.
