Got used 74mm TB on Ebay/ Needs Cleaning

Hey Guys

Just got a used 74mm tb off ebay and look a little ruff. I wanted to know the best way to clean it before install.

Heres Ebay deal if anybody looking for one. I just got the tb for $95
CROSSFIRE 3.2 ENGINE UPGRADE THROTTLE BODY & MAF 04-08 | eBay
They have engine covers to. Think this is same deal from older post. Poster got them to throw in engine cover for free.

I used carb cleaner and engine degreaser combined with a rag to rub off the carbon stains. I brushed off the outside of it with a stainless steel brush(tooth brush size)
