lysholm style charges mounted upside down?

lysholm style charges mounted upside down?
Would there be an issue with the gears and the oil resivoir to be mounted upside down? The oil chamber is sealed right? How much lower could the charger and pulley be mounted before extensive mods would be required besides a hood clearance issue.
