Default New air filters - hiccup at 2,800 rpm

Hi guys,

I installed new filters today and my now seems to be hiccuping at 2800rpm at WOT. I realize that this is the rpm when the intake trumpets switch from the longer tubes for low end torque to the shorter tubes for high rpm power. I have been searching for a solution for the past 24h on these forums but I dont seem to have a common issue.. It happens even when the car is fully warm. I also reset my throttle and am now contemplating unplugging my battery for 20 mins for a full electronics reset.

The filters are good quality, dual layer. I can feel a bit of a change in throttle response but its really that hiccup/hesitation at 2800rpm that is making me think about changing them out and returning them...

Thanks

Update 6:50pm

I Unplugged my battery, hiccup/hesitation seems to be less (had 3 during a 45min commute), however: 1. I feel a lack of power sometimes, 2. Dash Command says the following:
Readiness Monitors: 3 complete, 6 incomplete (Catalyst, Evaporative System, Secondary Air System, Oxygen Sensor (still have a reading tho), Oxygen Sensor Heat and EGR System)
There are no error codes. This is the first time that I have incomplete readiness monitors...

Is the foam just allowing too much air in? I guess I would need to euro charge my car so that it works better??
