Default Now owner

After several years of considering a Crossfire, I finally picked one up yesterday. I bought a 2005 Roadster, 6 speed with 62k miles, one owner and well maintained.

I have been driving a 2011 Camaro SS/RS with the 6.2L and 6 speed but between the gas mileage and the insurance, it became impractical as a daily driver. I have owned several Miatas over the years and was about to buy another when I decided to check out the Crossfire - glad I did as I like it much better.

seems like the Crossfire is a popular choice for people "upgrading" from the Miata

And from a Fiero. Surprising part is that the Crossfire is shorter than a Fiero GT (159.8 vs 165.1"). Suspect it is all in the nose. Unlike the Fiero though the XF is almost tall enough for SAVs to see when alongside. Why I fit air horns.

Thanks for the welcome. I haven't really gotten to drive it much since I picked it up Saturday night. Our weather here has been horrible - tornados last night and rain today so hopefully tomorrow I will actually be able to get it out and really see how it will be on the open road.
