UK CF owner Attention
UK CF owner Attention
For those that live in the UK. Two weeks ago Auto Express provided details of a gent who's dealer discounted the same model of Jag that he bought 18 months ago. The artical seemed to imply that there is a duty of care from the dealer and manufactor that they should be held accountable for past customers paying full price on a car that is later discounted.
On that same subject I have now sent my own letter to Auto Express stating my un-happiness that the manufactor, DCUK, have discounted my car by over £1,600.00.
I hope that Auto Express publish my complant in the hopes that DCUK stand up and take notice.
Lost values on cars is not good at the best of times but, for the dealer to offer cash backs, discount and lower the purchase price simply compounds the problem. Put simply if DCUK price a car wrong than they should make a gesture to those that paid full price. If that happen I may stick with the maufactor for future cars, if not why should Chrysler have my loyality?
