Exterior paint cade

I have a 2005 with the dark burgundy-maroon exterior color.
i want to do a little touch up.
i can not find the paint code anyplace, I have looked; door jamb, trunk floor (there is a rectangle sticker in trunk, but not readable), glove box.
any help?
how can I find the paint code with using the VIN?

You can't find the code from the VIN, and there was NO maroon color in any model year.
My car is Inferno Red Crystal Pearl Coat, the dealer I bought it from had it listed as maroon.

Any Chrysler dealer can give you the paint code from the VIN. Just call them.

I cannot see the red Crossfire colour being called dark burgundy maroon, maybe the car has been resprayed.
