does anyone have any information on installing a 2 din unit in the car? i have seen on one post that someone had move the controls under the unit to the cup holder area. just curious on installing one. i had purchased a 2 din unit for another vehicle and it wouldn't fit, so i thought about trying to install it in the xfire. thanks for any help.

 

If you have the know how then it should only cost you some time and supplied. I'm getting it done by someone else who has worked on custom fitments.

I posted the link in a recent thread on how the guy did it but I can't seem to find it. Consisted of some wood, bondo, paint and patience
