I just puchased an new XM Radio, Skifi 3. My previous XM radio had an XM transmitter that was able to send to the rear anteena on my Roadster SRT. Now the FCC has limited the output of the FM transission so the XM radio requires a cable that connects outside to the rear antennna. It is called XM SureConnect. Does anybody have recoomendations on how to cleanly run the FM cable into the truck? I'm not skilled enough to start removing doors and the like.

 

It might be easier to connect it where the antenna connects to the back of the radio.

 

Exactly. Don't they provide an inline connector? Plug your radio antenna into the inline connector and the inline connector to your radio.

There are instructions on the board on removing the radio. It's not difficult, but you could also hire a car stereo shop to do it for you. Shouldn't cost too much.
