I thought it would be a good idea to put together a list of all head units that match the silver crossfire interior, so that it would be all in one place. I'll start work on it when I get home, can't do much from my iphone. Anyone who wants to post units they had in mind, feel free to do so!

I had to run out and take pix quick. Its a Alpine IDA X001.. (http://reviews.cnet.com/car-electron...-32425827.html) It a media head unit (aka no built in cd player) I use a usb flash drive and load all my music onto it. You can also do XM/Sirius and HD radio.

 

Ah. I see the list a few threads below silly me. That's what I get for trying to use my iPhone... oh well. I'll try to take all the links provided through all of the posts in that thread and put them in the first post of this one, making it a little more organizied.

 

I am new to the Crossfire and this forum-- like a good little newbie, I have been diligently scouring the forum for info that will help me decide on what Blaupunkt head to buy to replace the factory unit. It is down to the Melbourne and the St Louis. I am looking for feedback from anyone who has either of these installed-- especially around sound quality, performance of the SD card reader and ease of use. Thanks for your help.
