Problem with screen on factory Nav radio

Anybody else having a problem with their LCD screen? I now have 1 vertical and 2 horizontal rows of pixels out. It's getting difficult to read the screen. What is causing this? Is it fix'able?

If you are still under warranty take it back to the dealer. Some radios were defective when installed, had mine replaced twice under warranty.
