So lately I've been having some quirks with the factory alarm.

I'll leave the car unlocked for awhile and when I open the door (unlocked) every so often the alarm will go off. One day I shut the car off and the alarm went off (weird). It also randomly locks itself when I have it unlocked.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

 

Mine locks itself also....I could be sittin inside doing nothin and it does it sometimes, sometimes I have the door open and I will hear it lock itself when I was installing my cai this last weekend it did it like 4 times, all of them with the door open....Im just glad it dont unlock itself cause then Id have a larger issue. I havent really looked into why its doing this, I just roll with it for now.

 

Have you replaced the battery? These cars do some WEEEEIRD things when the battery is about to die. (Not a low voltage warning, just in general). FYI when your battery is just plain low on voltage, the wing will deploy for no reason.

Also, check the blessed SKREEM module. It's earned that name, for sure.

 

Battery is fine. Havent had any alarm issues lately
