Dash light says one is out, but cannot find it.
OK, the Owner's Manual says that certain light bulbs should be checked when the "check light bulb" light comes on on the instrument cluster. Checked them and found them all bright and shiny.
I am still using the orig. battery (made in Spain!
)without any problems. Could the battery really be the culprit behind the ghost light in the instrument cluster? Or ??

If you have the inclination it may be a worthwhile thing to do.

Thank you for that info. My wife checked while I pressed the brake several times...the brake light is shining with every stomp. Thanks again!
I'm going to take a break from the search to go to a party on a house boat in the Tennessee River here in Knoxville while Univ. of TN. (probably) get's their _____ handed to them by Alabama. Nothing smellier than dead mule..

PROBLEM IDENTIFIED! Person in the church parking lot stopped us and said our driver side brake light was "flickering" on and off. Erratic, but at least it solves one problem. NOW...how do I change the bulb? Anyone got a sticky or a repair manual handy??
If it is a coupe, there is a roughly 8" by 10" piece in the hatch that is directly behind the lights that will reveal thei bulbs once removed, very easy fix ahead.
Hello, I have two left hands, meaning I am a totally non-mechanical person. I have a rear break light burned out. How to change the bulb is the mystery I am facing. Mechanic said $185, (is this a major rip?) so I intend to learn how to do it myself.
Thanks for helping.

There is a little panel/cover in the back, right and left side, that just pops off and give you access to the tail light assy. Twist out the bulb, install new, twist back in and replace the cover. Have a beer....
If you cant access it well enough that way... the whole black side piece can also be taken out pretty easily... just held in with about 6 of those little black push lock things...
(it may be easy to me because I have done it several times. Your view may be different....
