Im probably going to get reamed for this one but... Does anyone know anything about those cheap double din headunits all over ebay like this one...
7" Double 2 Din 7" CAR IN DASH DVD CD PLAYER STEREO USB: eBay Motors (item 280559872548 end time Nov-07-10 20:34:38 PST)
I really dont want to spend a million dollars on a headunit. All I want is gps, dvd and ipod connection...
I know you usually get what you pay for and thats probably the case here but I just figured id ask to see if anyone has dealt with one of these before..
thanks in advance for any help you can give!

I know you don't want to hear this, but they are garbage. I bought a cheapie several years ago and the resolution on the screen was horrible, the audio processors absolutely sucked, basically it was a big pretty thing in the dash. Mine never actually made it into premanent install after I hooked it up to check it out....
At least get like a Clarion 500 or something. But if you want GPS, NAV, bluetooth, etc. you are going to have to pay to play, ie: alpine, pioneer, etc at around $1,000 each.
