Default speedometer

does anyone know if you can change the speedometer background colors or change the numbers to be lowered? i dont need my speedometer to tell me im going 200+ mph... for one the car cant go that fast but im pretty sure the car would start falling apart at those speeds, so can i change the computer / numbering to show 0-120 for example?

yes somebody did that, check the threads and search. It involved pulling the cluster, scraping off the green in back and repainting with transparent coloring, of even leavimg it clear which then would show up white. Good detailed instructions as I recall. Lotta work though IMO to just go from green to something else. I like the green just fine for that

Here's the link on how to recolor:

This is a lot of work for a color change, and not for the light hearted.

It scares me just looking at the pix...lol...

Or just design your own design and let a company manufacture a plasma gauges with the illumination color you want to have.
Owner of this one is Emaxx in the german Crossfire forum. He is also in this forum.

BTW:
He has changed the design again:
