Default Aluminum Dash Trim and stereo

I haven't seen anyone with this yet so I thought I would take a pic to show the Aluminum Trim kit with a matching JVC stereo.

I will take another pic to get closer. It is real Aluminum. The Kit was found by my local Dealer. I will check on the price and get back to you. I think it adds so much to the car. Especially in the glove box area.

I got mine installed and it looks great! It makes a different style inside your cockpit!

Nice! More pics, please! And how does it feel compared to the old plastic? I love the feel of the aluminum shift ****.

Are the edges rounded off? Or does it look stuck on because you can see the old silver on the sides?

Thanks.

The edges ae not round. You can see a little of the stock setting but it blends very nice. Just be careful because it does scratch very easy.

I need this.

Mine is the flat. If you get the molded I don't think you will see the edges. I got lucky with mine it was an add on from my dealer. They threw it in for free to get me to buy the car. Not like I wouldn't of anyway but it didn't hurt any.

That looks real good, but I have a dumb question. Is that a true replacement for what's there or is it just a stick-on?

when i went to buy my XF...my first impression of the interior was that it looked... felt cheap. however my very first test drive, i knew that i'd be looking more out the windows than the interior ...so it was easily overlooked.

your accent gives the XF's interior a big boost... more like a cockpit... instead of a plastic simulator...

Where did you get your shifter? Is it the manual or auto?

What I would love to see is replacement parts for our consoles and such. As opposed to stick on parts. Is this a replacement or stick on?
