My antenna has cracked around the base from putting the cover on.

 

Johnny, Maybe Ala_xfire may chime in but he got similar bases with antenna's from ebay. I got one from him and it worked perfectly. I believe it was for a Volkswagen? Go look around ebay for antennas.

 

Yes, it was for Volkswagen, from China on ebay

 

I picked up an OEM one on Ebay for $18. A little more than some of the knock offs.
