how to tweeter replacement

Do you have to remove the door panels to replace the tweeters or can you access them by removing the surrounding cover ? Mine are crapped out

Just had my door panels off and that’s the way they come out.

I did not find replacements. I installed Polk audio db652 coax speakers in the doors and just eliminated the stock tweeters. I left them in for looks but they are unhooked.
