I have a 2006 plated Ltd Coupe and 2006 Plated SRT6 Coupe, both were manufactured in 2004.
In 2007 I tried to by the last two SRT6 roadsters here in AU both were silver blue but missed by a day.
I would check your build plate!

Not sure yours is a 2008 as I think they stopped making them in 2006. It wouldn't be a limited if its an SRT-6 as I thnik you have said elswhere you have a SRT-6 badge on the back and a whale tale.
Then again I could be wrong as we don't seem to have the breakdown of different types of models that the US have.
Cheers

The SRT model was only made in 2005/2006. Most of them were made in 2005, the 2006 srts are quite rare. My car was sold to me brand new as a 2008 Crossfire SRT with 20ks on the clock. But the build date was in 2006.
In Australia they are aloud to do that
A fixed wing, SRT stitching on the seats, 15 spoke rims and a more aggressive front bar distinguish the difference between the limited and srt range

The link below contains a partial list of SRT6 VIN#'s, with some listing the country outside of the USA. There are a few from Australia, both 2005 & 2006 manufacturing dates. Is your 2006 SRT6 on the list? Are you the original owner? (See the PDF File)
Chrysler has refused to release a complete listing of all Crossfire's manufactured, for some stupid reason.
This listing of VIN#'s was started back in 2006, and still finding new VIN#'s at this time.

I reviewed the VIN# database (link Below) and found a total of 30 SRT6's to date, with the majority being the 2006 manufactured model (Not the registered date/year). This total is not the official Chrysler count that was shipped to Australia, since they refuse to provide a detailed database of all of the Crossfires manufactured and the countries they were shipped to from the Karmann factory in Germany.
I added your forum name to the VIN# listed above.
