Hi David,
I recently took delivery of my xfire and interested in meeting other owners etc. Question, what type of cars cruise on this drive...? Also is the xfire considered American in this crowd as the driveline is from the Merc and the car is infact built is Germany...?
Regards
Scott.

Hi Scott
The cruise is run by the Camaro-Firebird club but the cars on the cruise vary in make. As far as all the owners are concerned, the Crossfire is a Chrysler and therefore most definitely American. Hot Rods also join in along with the NSW PT Cruiser club.
Is your Crossfire a Coupe or Roadster? What color did you get? Ours is a Graphite coupe and we are very excited with ours.
We've been trying to get a few Crossfires together for a few different runs but it hasn't quite happened yet. We have a show and shine happening this Sunday at Bowral. There will be a lot of vintage cars and bikes as well as hot rods and American muscle cars. Also on Sunday 6th November, the All Chrysler Day show will be on at Fairfield showground (undercover) and we will have our Crossfire in a display with the PT Cruiser club. You are most welcome to come along to both events. If you want any further info, email me and I will send you all the details.
Hope to hear back soon.

Hi David,
Thanks for replying.
My Crossfire is a Blaze Red Coupe ... Manual with the Dark interior.
I like mine very much, owed it for a 5 weeks now, only thing I don't like about the car is the lack of a CD changer, I think they got it wrong with that, you can buy a $20,000 car that comes with a changer standard. Have you thought about getting a changer in yours, if so what are our options without changing the head unit.
Definitely be keen to go for a cruise someday in the future with the club, timing is bad this weekend for me. Please keep me informed on future ones as I am interested.
Regards
Scott.

The next cruise is on this saturday night. Hope a few of you Aussie owners can make it. I heard a few people have been going to Mercedes Benz club meets?? Hopefully you can join in with other enthusiasts of all things American automotive.
We'll be there with the Crossfire.

Hey Grahame,
Nope. Haven't heard a thing. Crossfires are hard to find despite the fact they seem to be all sold out at the dealerships!!
You enjoying your new ride? Still having heaps of fun in ours.

Greg,
Yes, I love the Crossfire.
There are 10+ Crossfires on the Gold Coast that I know of. Unfortunately almost never see them on the road.
I joined with PTCDU Inc.- Qld and attend their cruises whenever I can.
Kind Regards.
