Just for curiosity's sake, what are the benefits of joining other than access to a private forum with a very small amount of members on it?

edited and better answered by the CICCI club staff....

The purpose of a legal club is to have the right clout with the car manufactures and aftermarkets for support.
Don't forget we all now own a step child Chrysler and MB will probably not support.
As a united group will will have more pull than we would as individuals.
That's the real purpose of the club, as well as organized events.

Lol so you are saying this forum is running software from 1988?

Regardless, there is no way I would pay out money to go on a forum that I have no way of knowing what the content, volume of activity or size of the member base is.

I also find that it is in poor taste to bad mouth this forum then use it to try and "steal" members from to build up your own forum.

Maybe I am seeing it wrong but that is the impression I am getting from this.

Regardless, a forum is to learn from, have fun on and post about the topic the forum is based on. I do not need flash animation and a bunch of gimmicks to keep me interested. (and this is coming from someone that is computer savvy)

Your choice , your loss.
You have every right to your decision though.
This club was something that has been desired by many members here for some time.
It's not stealing members it's providing members what many here want.

Please don't look at it that way. The club is not trying to steal members from here. I'm an active member here, and plan to continue. We want to work side by side this forum. The Crossfire club has other goals in mind that have nothing to do with a forum. However we do need a club forum for a number of reasons, but not to compete with this one. This is a great forum. The purpose of a legal club is to have the right clout with the car manufactures and aftermarkets for support. Don't forget we all now own a step child Chrysler and MB will probably not support. As a united group will will have more pull than we would as individuals. That's the real purpose of the club, as well as organized events.

I hope you consider joining us in the future.

I'm talking about CICCI, the organization in the title. You have to pay to be a freemason too..

"The purpose of a legal club is to have the right clout with the car manufactures and aftermarkets for support. Don't forget we all now own a step child Chrysler and MB will probably not support. secret society
–noun an organization, as a fraternal society, the members of which take secret initiation oaths, share secret passwords and rites, and are bound to assist each other.

1988- Yeah that is what I saying.. weather, government emergencies and a Crossfire forum.lol

Poor taste?? Me.

Have read your posts? I say one thing that offends your sensitive emotions and I understand all the countless arguments you have. I still find you humorous though, just surprised at your reaction.

Don't signup, no one is holding a gun to your head. Do you know who controls crossfireforum.org? I don't, please fill me in.

I enjoy reading all Crossfire related posts and as I said before... I'm excited to see where the new forum takes us to.

I'm not the one to talk to though about the new forum, I'm a CICCI virgin so disregard my poor attemtps to promote.

Why pay for something when you can get it for free right?

I was going to put this into a flsh file but couldn't, I'm so pissed...

Wait a second chief... Let me straighten you out a little matter:

No one is "stealing members"... We have made it perfectly clear we are going to work along side Crossfire forum all along.

Our forum is to conduct club business in... It is completely voluntary to join...

The future of this forum we question because the administrator does not own a Crossfire any longer.

In fact, if he ever decides he wishes to give it up, he can feel free to approach our organization about taking the reins.

Apologies might be in order on someones behalf; you think?

Nuff Said.

Shouldn't be to difficult...
Our cars are newer than the '60 models they promote...
There are far more Crossfires than Shelbys...

What about the success of the Classic Shelby Mustang Club?
Which is also an "Inc."

Why is it people sound off to the negative here behind the veil of the forum?

I guess that is one spectacular reason to have a pay site.

Good luck to you and let us get back to business.

Wow, if anyone is sensitive I would say that was you. I did not realise it would hurt you so much by asking my question that you would feel the need to resort to lashing out lol.

I take it back if that makes you feel better, your secret club is super cool and neat. All the cool kids are joining and only they will know the super secret handshake and password to get in!
