Hello Crossfire fanatics!!! Anyone from Toronto, Ontario here?
Yes, it's a really quiet forum - I know of at least three other Crossfires in Ottawa.
Maybe we are too poor to afford internet access after paying the nasty sticker price for our cars.

I.m in Ottawa and just put my yellow convertible to bed for the winter.......I just about cried.....! But it will be well rested when I get it out in early April.....vroom vroom I can't wait!
Hello! I am in Welland, about 15 min from Niagara Falls and i also just put my baby away for the winter
I'm in Grimsby and mine's on the road all year 'round..........at least when the roads are clear. Life's too short, I've stored a convertible for 24 winters and I don't need another mouse hotel for the winter!
This is a quiet corner of the forum, I use the main one mostly. I am in Caledon, in the summer I ended up in a convoy of three Xfire's for a few k's, quite a coincidence. The Xfire is covered for the duration of the salt season and in the garage. Anyone driving in this weather especially should look at the thread on rust in the door seal area on the coupe forum. There are some bad photos to see. Stop that rust before it starts doing real damage. I have no rust yet and hopefully will not in the future.
Hi
I would say that the reason the Canadian form is so quiet has to do with two factors.
They only ever made some 2,000 Crossfires for sale in Canada
We are spread out over some 5,000 miles.
Normally I would not be putting my reply in to a link dealing with Toronto as it is simply so far from me that it is not likely I would have anything relevant to say.
The one thing we all do have in common is the lack of parts, { if any one in the US thinks they have problems finding parts they need to try it in Canada
}
and the second item is the high cost of having any of the US parts shipped to Canada.
Just my 1.65 cents US

It just amazes me that everyone that sees the car just loves it and no one has ever said a bad thing about it, everyone loves it...so it shocks me to hear that they did not sell very well....just another one of those puzzles!!!

They covered the streets around here with salt again the other day so we need more rain.
I saw someone driving a grey coupe in Ottawa the other day.....never mind the fact that I own one and that I am most likely to notice another one but who would not turnheads when you see one driving by.
Last summer I dropped my wife off at work and I when came to a red light and was waiting, some woman , on my right in the turning lane, stopped and held up traffic for a minute or so while she took a picture of the car and yelled.."my kids love will love a picture of your beautiful car" I was so surprised I don't even know if I had time to smile......

I must admit that last year I reduced the number of Crossfires in Toronto.....When I bought mine for Toronto Chrysler and brought it home to Ottawa.
Winter is over and I have been driving mine every day and watching and talking to the people who drool over it....unbelievable that it did not sell well!!!
Thanks Toronto!

You should plan your next long GTG (you and Yellow) with us at Woodward Avenue Dream Cruise in Detroit, mid August; a great week-end with 40 other Xfires. My wife and I have been there the past 2 years and would not miss it now.
