I would like to know how long I can stay in the states as a 'visitor' without either the IRS considering me a permanent for tax purposes or maybe blocking me out of the country altogether. |

edit: Made 3 calls, spent 2 hours on the phone, got transfered to many different departments. no result yet. http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/wi...hout_1260.html Results... I dont know Roy. How about you stay there for a year and I will call the IRS and whoever I can find and we will see what happens! |
