Moving on up to the big time.
Moving on up to the big time.
My 2004 black na 6 speed is going on the block for sale sometime in the near future. I have not set a price yet.
I'm plan on moving on and buy an SRT6, I hate to sell it but I have no room for it and as I drive so few miles anyway there is no need for two garage queens.
The car has 37,400 km (23,250 miles) on it. Less than 4,000 miles a year, oil has been changed ten times in the six years since I got it new in November 2005 with 50km on the clock.
Mercedes engine cover and inlets, 74mm TB, MAF and EuroCharged tune. Everything works as it should. All OEM parts replaced are included. Never seen snow, salt or abuse. Always garaged.
A few chips, a scuffed wheel from a curb and a scuffed front bumper which is not visible too easily. Paint is pretty swirl free.
I'll put it on the Autos For Sale forum when I get pictures and decide on a price.
Buyers will be subjected to an interview to see if they are suitable to take over the care of the car.
I'm going to the US this weekend to pick up an Aero Blue SRT6.

Dave .... Looks like a real nice SRT, if its the one in your gallery. Looks like it still has the original Mich PS2s on it and no road rash to speak of (if any). Knowing you (only by the forum) its a low mileage SRT, and if the tires are orig, I'd guess about 10K on the odometer. You'll have to change out the 2006 SRT6 badges on the wheel center discs and the front and rear wings. Need to go with the 2005 style. Looks like he may have been an original CICCI member. Would like to know what mods you need to do, to make it Canadian compliant. When all is said and done, I would like to know what $$$ charges and fees it take to get the car to Canada. PM me if you wish.
Good luck and buy a good radar detector for the trip back.

Hey Dave, do you realize that those SRT6 come with Auto trans only?
For a guy that doesn't buy green bananas anymore, surely you didn't buy it just for its investment value but plan to drive it.....................don't let your left foot or right arm go to sleep.\

Congrats on the purchase and good luck on the sale..............probably springtime would be best time to sell, so get use to two Xfires in the garage over the winter.
