bluecoupe - steady 15 sec flat (NA)
Sparkie in the 12's
Beaner in the 11's

- Humidity 98
- Absolute Barometer 30.83

- Our lack of experience made it even more enjoyable!
- An hour delay from a firebird spilling oil half way down the track and had to be cleaned.
- On the way home it started to rain. Held out just long enough to finish the night.
- I hope to find pics or a video of the night. A few friends in the stands and I will be asking them later on today.

A good wash and pick the rubber off the paint is my next task.

Trial for a S.O.C.O. GTG and I think it passed! Maybe rent the track next season and make an event.

Hey, this is me lined up with the Green bomb. he ran a 10.213 @ 132.88 MPH with a .319 R/T while I beat his R/T and only his R/T with a .302 R/T. with a 12.91@ 110.66MPH
I'm still trying to get rid of the taste of his racing fuel and burn-out.

What a blast.

My R/T's need some work. My best was a .176 and my worst was a .688 . Although my worst run has my best R/T I sat there and spun then fishtailed for the first 200 feet and even got so squirrely that I had to back off completely and gain control. Probably should have changed my underwear at the end of that run.

That would be the one. Both very respectable R/T's, yours @ .177 and mine @ .176

Do I take it from this statement that an NA beat an SRT6 ?

I have to get out more, I've only done 4,370 miles since I picked it up in Florida, and that was 1,450 miles alone. My son has put over 1,000 miles of that on it. Mileage is now at 23,800, which is about the same as the NA when I sold it.

Did you miss the part where Steve said "we won't talk about it" ? LOL

It wasn't about who won or lost it was about the whole track experience for us newbies......just ask Beaner

That is the Finale of the multiple CSCS events which are held at a bunch of locations

Non syncro gearbox you put in the first post* and then you modded it, that's no problem here. We do not even need a clutch, it's not my car. LOL

*Edit
I guess it's in white text here.

Just match revs.

Some people may need a diet schedule, that's not a bad thing.

I'm 185 max and less than 6' now.

Maybe I can even get a seniors discount. LOL
But maybe then they'll roll out a model T racer for me.
