Last year Andrew arranged a GTG at TGIF, it would be cool to do it again, I would say 6:00pm? It gives other people a couple of hours of day light to enjoy our rides in the parking lot.

So, Rick, what did you do that brought the cops in?

 

was it the Carlisle cops or another municipality. I don't think there is any TGIF in Carlisle. They have opened up some new establishments here in Carlisle recently though.

 

Actually, it was a Ruby Tuesday's I believe. We were just hanging out in the parking lot after dinner and the locals (police) took notice......they thought we were a bunch of kids about to be up to no good. A couple of cars full of police decided to converge on us, and then got extremely embarassed when they realized that our average age was twice what their's was. We all got a good laugh over it.

 

yea I guess we looked like a rowdy bunch if they knew how young a Crossfire makes you think you are they might have stayed around to keep an eye on us

 

Your probably right Dan, but I'm going to keep this years GTG at TGIF being that the boss likes TGIF.

 

It's actually in Mechanicsburg on Carlisle Pike.

 

Any plans for Saturday night? We'll be arriving Saturday morning and staying until Sunday. Sorry we'll miss Friday nights GTG. Last year was pretty funny!! A bunch of bad *** Xfire owners in a parking lot! Must have been a slow night for the cops.

 

I would really like to go to Carlisle. It is a nine hour drive though .
A friend of mine is also interested in coming and bringing is '70 GTX. We've talked about trying to make it next year.
Sounds like a fun event.
