Chrysler Nationals Carlisle, PA. - Jul 12 -14, 2013
Hey Doc, the majority of folks arrive Friday morning or afternoon. If you havent pre-registered for the show, early Friday is the best time to arrive at the fairgrounds for registration. Saturday is really crowded and the registration lines are long. A select few arrive on Thursday. Most attendees have breakfast at the host hotel on Sunday morning and then head for home. Some of the Midwest crew usually leave the crack of dawn on Sunday morning.
Thanks Chas....that helps them make up their mind. Trying to get all 3 to attend.... We will arrive Friday morning and leave Sunday sometime...asa I get a firm commitment I will know whether I can bring both cars or not... We won't make the Woodward Dream Cruise or the Dragon this year, so this is going to happen, just need to know how many are coming with me...
We will like we've been doing, having a welcoming party Friday night as well as Saturday night at the host hotels conference room. CICCI will provide drinks, soda, beer, wine. Cheese and cracker tray, fruit tray and other snack foods. As far as where the awards dinner will be, we are still working on that. Not to many restaurants that can accommodate large groups in that area.
As far as this years agenda, I will no longer be involved in organizing it this year. Due to personal reasons, and other commitments I'm not able to set aside the time I need for the board meetings and the planning it takes to put this together. I will keep the list updated and the rest of the board will be working on the agenda.
Hey Guys
It's time to complete the registration for Carlisle, of the 41 forum members listed, we have only 19 registered for the event.
Within a month or so, the advanced registration will close. The advanced registration has a perk, since the showfield window sticker will be mailed to your house in advance, so you can drive directly through the gate and onto the showfield.
The benefit of advanced registration is avoiding the registration on the day of the event, where you may encounter a line and delay onto the show field.
Please don't wait until the last minute.....

The only down side is being parked at the end of the line where not everyone walks to see your car. Oh well, not all of us are there to win a $5 trophy
Both cars registered. Hotel booked...2 rooms 2 sons tagging along... My printer didn't print. So I will have to give you the numbers later.
Fantastic Bill, looking forward to meeting your sons. I'm trying to talk my youngest into going so I can enter my 300C as well. Let me know when you g the #'s
Will do. Does it really matter on the registration on which cars? I may have not punched the SRT button on the coupe registration....I saw it when I registered the roadster. Anyway, when the passes arrive I should have the #'s.... I booked a room for me and one for them...3rd son couldn't make it...
And if there is a gtg for dinner, we are in as well....to whom that may concern...lol..
Bill I would call and see if you can get it changed to SRT, other wise you will be put in the wrong class. SRT Crossfires will have their own class.

This years agenda is scaled back a little, Saturday night we will hold the annual meeting/ awards ceremony at the host hotels conference room @ 8:00pm. CICCI will provide drinks along with snacks, cheese and fruit trays at no charge, all welcomed.
Below I have provided a link to a local map so you can search for restaurants close to the host hotel.
