After yet another show where they put me in the wrong class, I've decided to stop going to these little shows. I'm better off with the bigger, more professionally run shows, where I am in the right class. It's not just about the trophies, I've got plenty of them, but I would like to have the opportunity to win. The smaller shows don't have an import or modified Mopar class, so I end up in Special Interest, with rat rods, dune buggies, firetrucks, etc. That and they are trying to get rich quick with exorbitant entry fees, $20-$25 bucks, no thanks. So I will only be going to the bigger, better run shows and will do just as well. If the charity is good, I may still go to a small one now and then but not too often.
