The car has every bit of $10,000 worth of fabrication labor and modifications into and and the car.

2 months ago i would of taken this off your hands. imo thats a good price. bump for ya to bad i already bought one.

 

10 second timeslips to be had? i thought it was running 13's?

 

Yes, it was. I have since added the torque converter and a major retune with a lot of timing changed down low to help build boost off the line. With out the converter I was only seeing 1lb of boost when launching. Now I see between 8-10psi and she moves out of the whole like a bat out of hell. I will try and make it to the track with the new setup if the time allows.

 

We're going to need to see timeslips and dyno sheets. On the intertubenetwebhighway, it takes more than a couple of photos and a parts list to back up claims like that.

 

that should make a nice difference, i look forward to seeing the results. until you post them up though it is still a 13 second car.

 

No problem guys. Next time im down at the shop Ill post a dyno vid with print out and ill try and get to the track and see what kind of times she will put down.

 

Never mind them Bryan, the makings are there if someone wants to continue the project...keep the girlfriend, another car can be had anytime...maybe one those MB's you have to take care of...and let me know the next track day, I have some testing to do as well....good luck on selling her, its a good looking car especially with the new wheels...

 

Yes, because all 13 second cars trap 120+. The potential is there. Your car as a time machine doesn't. Horrible analogy.

I was at the track when he ran his 13s and yes it did trap that high.

Honestly though, if your car ran 13s right now with all your mods would you post a timeslip? Didn't think so, because you know it should be doing much better. Just saying. Not trying to start a big flame fest, so I'll be done now.

I am happy to have seen this one off beast of a car (along with the high trap speeds LOL) while you were running it, it is quite a labor of love - and it shows....

Did you finally put the 35r on the car............or is it still running a 50trim and the 35r is included? Just wondering.
