Looks like you're at least the second owner, based on that Mazda sticker. I believe that means the powertrain warranty does not transfer (bummer). Price is also a little high given that I bought a 2007 with 12k miles last August for $16,700. But maybe prices are starting to go up -- good luck. Why are you selling?
