I just talked with the owner a few minutes ago and while I'm in the hunt for my first SRT6 convertible I just can't see it selling for his asking price.
I'm still on the fence if this will gain in value as time goes on or it they will never be what every owner hopes for. I look at it this way your 70's muscle cars sold hundreds of 1000's, but to find a version that only sold a few hundred new puts it very rare and in high demand.

I'm also in the market for a Crossfire to replace the previous car that succumbed to rodent damage while in winter storage. To add insult to injury, I placed poison in the garage and they all died in the dash. Sold it to CARMAX, hope they removed the bodies and stench before they sold it to the next owner.
I have never purchased a car for investment purpose. My purchase is for enjoyment only. Besides, what 60+ year old would purchase a car hoping for a increase in value in 30 years.
