This is my favorite combo of the Crossfire as well. Yet I do not own one. Curious that.
Thanks Franc!

Kim asked me about you the other day, she sends her best

Good to hear from you brother. Next time you swing through Nashville, give me a call and we'll grab lunch/dinner

I'm not certain exactly what was replaced or corrected however the car is considerably nicer (as seen in the additional photos posted) than your description would lead people to believe.
Do you have an account at the Chrysler website? If not make one then enter the "My Car" by VIN and you can see the entire dealer network repair history for the car.

Just a quibble: " I know the cards are stacked against you in Florida with the salt in the atmosphere" - its not the salt, that causes rust and is worst within five miles of the east coast. That is why anytime I visit the coast I give the car a good wash over and under to remove any residue (unless I drive through a frog strangler on the way back).

What damages the finish (and causes the headlamp lens deterioration) is the sun's heat and UV rays. Cars that are garaged (like mine) or at least parked in the shade last much longer than ones parked in the sun. A good wax also protects the finish.

ps I have a Chrysler account and it is ownly as accurate as whoever makes the entries. Not everything gets entered and sometimes the wron thing (my 20,000 mile Jeep suddently had 40,000 miles)

With the flaws shown it is even more appealing. As a photographer I know how hard it is to capture some of those small scratches and minor dents. It is dependent on the angle of light. That temp tag is a concern no more.

Chrysler with all the marketing power of MB and Chrysler sold maybe a thousand SRT6 Roadsters in a couple of years. It is not price, your friend's car appears to be well worth it. It is just finding the right fit.

Nothing to apologize for. Beautiful car.

Thanx.
Just thinking about Kim requires two breaths on my inhaler. I'll be sure to have a fully charged one when I next pass thru Nashville.

Kelley Blue Book
I don't believe KBB value fits all car values. I've seen their values way below what the actual cars were trading hands for via private parties. The values set by KBB rely on dealer sales of the past.
Every day, there is less inventory of SRT6 cars. We are on the cusp of these cars becoming unavailable outside of private hands.
I'm not saying this particular car is worth $15000.00 or $11,000.00, only that KBB values are fast becoming inaccurate within the circle of knowledgable SRT owners and potential buyers.
My $00.02

The national list... Used Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 - in 48901 Area - on Cars.com It doesn't look like the dealers go by KBB on the Crossfire either.

This is one of my favorite colors as well, and never knowing when another opportunity of purchasing a coupe SRT6 would likely happen, with the rarity, I purchased one with likely the same imperfections like this particular one.

Mine came off an eBay sale, and as particular as I am with my vehicles, I considered the bumper correction on mine (paint, bumper plate holes) with two slight door dings (which could of been road debris ) not a real issue. Both have been taken care of recently.

Good luck with sale, some vehicles just need the right investor.

The OP is selling a car common to this community. Boring.
This just keeps his thread alive.

As for your advice,,,thanx but I don't do Facebook. Technology steals far too much of my time as it is.
