New and improved SRT6 engine plate
It has taken forever to get the engine plates. The first two suppliers decided it wasn't worth it and quit on me. Now for version 3.0
The new plates look like the last ones. However they are slightly smaller (fits the top of the supercharger, the old one stock over the edge) and comes with its own adhesive. Just peel and stick, but be careful the glue REEAALLYY sticks. It is made of ustomotive grade urethane and will withstand the heat of the engine (I personally tested this for almost 6 months) without peeling, yellowing or cracking.
Best part is price. They are now only $12.99 ea. The original 2 color plates were over $20. The newer 3 color was even more.
The domed finish over the brushed aluminum gives it a very finished look. Easily placed anywhere.

They look great, I'll take one if still available (I'm in NorCal if you need to collect tax).
Thanks!

Can You still get the originals? Personally they appear a lot les sloppy, and quite abit more proffessional looking. If you can get me one of those I will take one.
Which original

Or

compared to

Personally, I think the newest (bottom) looks best. The others are out of production.

I would really like one of the second revision (middle in the post above) but if the bottom is the only one available, that's fine too. Invoice me via Paypal, I will PM you. Thanks!!
,, I will take the bottom one, pm sent. thanks jim
just so you know the original amg signature plates had the mechanic that built the motor sign it. heres a couple fotos http://www.benzworld.org/forums/gene...signature.html
Yes, I know about the "real" AMG plate having the technician's signature. Unfortunately our lovely "stepchildren" have a large empty area for the badge. To disguise this open wound, Chrysler afixed a fence-like appendage to the belt cover to disguise it.
Since I have no way of getting information on who the technician was, the badge I designed does not contain that info. Think of this badge as a decorative bandage.
