ouch! $183K, there are many cars out there that could do this alsmos or at stock C6 Z06 for example and $110K less. Do have to admit it looks pretty good if you want to burn 183K.

 

Yea saw that some time ago. Im sure I could do it much cheaper. When my car is old and used up I'll start looking for a motor...
I'd love to take that thing for a test drive...

 

I agree, and I think it would be a lot better without all the cosmetic stuff and misplaced badging. Like you say we just need to wait until the xfire is old and cheap enough to rip into. MB V8's are plentiful enough albeit not 6.1 Brabus'.

 

wait... didn't yours come with a 6.1 too ? am i the only one who bought theirs with a 6.1 under the hood ? oh you guys got ripped off ! it gets 30 miles per gallon too.

I'm rushing right out to buy that... LOL I think the McLaren guys could do better and at half the price... This is why the Crossfire is dead...

 

I wonder if they have actually sold one! It's a great showcase for Brabus' engineering, but they can't have seriously thought it was a viable product at that price!
