We have an excellent Chrysler Dealership in Hummelstown, PA. That's Warner Chrysler. They are known for being really honest there and I
feel I have been treated well there. I think they live up to the 5-star rating.

Moritz Chrysler near Ft. Worth. One of the best experiences in buying a new car. Never used their service since I moved to Seattle a couple of months after purchase. Still get Christmas cards from them though.
Two more from Ohio...Dayton Chrysler Jeep in Centerville, OH (formerly Tom Harrigan's 5 Star), and Bud's Chrysler in Celina, OH.
Service is great at Dayton Chrysler Jeep...and sales department is well laid back in Celina Check with John Fritzinger.
Best Internet Sales Agency...Tom Ahl's Chrysler-Dodge in Lima, OH. Joe Shaw is aces. Keeps in touch looking to arrange a good deal, even though I ended up buying my Crossfire from a competitor.

Jeep Chrysler of Ontario, CA has taken care of my last two cars over the last seven years. Service has been very good and they have very extended hours. 7 AM to Midnight Mon thru Friday. The service dept is also open on Sat and Sun.
I haven't had them service the Crossfire yet (hasn't been needed) but asked what they charge for an oil change and they said $90 including 8.5 qt of Mobil 1 and a new filter.

Huntington Jeep Chrysler in Huntington NY. I've bought 9 new vehicles from them since 1990 and although I've been doing business with a great salesperson since day one its the Service Dept. that makes me look to find a Jeep or Chyrsler I want. My wife was very disappointed to not like the new 300 when it came time to return her leased 300M. She really wanted to get another Chrysler just for the Service Dept. but felt the new 300 was to masculine. Wound up with an Acura TL.
Schaefer & Bierlein in frankenmuth Michigan.

my first long distance car purchase and everything was perfect. I did find a scratch on the interior console and they fedex'd me two replacements (color of first was glossy so had to return) plus their only set of radio removal keys.
these people rule!

Grogans Towne in Toledo Ohio has some pretty good service and two technicians who do understand the Crossfire. They are the only dealership I have heard of in this area who has actual sold a number of Crossfires and backs it up with good technicians.
The first recommendation of a CA dealer...and I happen to know this one. I wish you better luck than I had getting support for your XF here. This dealer is about 10 miles from my house.
Archer Chrysler Jeep West - Houston, TX.
They did an oil change... 8 qts of Mobil One and Chrysler filter and had a special going on so it only cost me $62.
They also replaced the radio to fix the dim display...I had to show them the TSB and they had to order the radio, but once the replacement arrived 10 days later they called me and it only took about 30 minutes at the service dept. to get it done.

SO far (2 years) I've had good luck with Jake Sweeney Chrysler in Cincinnati, OH. Of course now that I've said that, I'm probably screwed for my next visit...
